Esparto High School that involve 8 CTE pathways in four sector areas. This involves the implementation, support, auditing, and budgeting of these specialized programs. Work with district support to manage California Technical Education Incentive Grant, and Specialized Secondary Program Grants, and Agriculture Incentive Grants. Facilitate Dual Enrollment Program with our partner Woodland Community College through College & Career Access Pathways grants. The partnership provides students with college credit and career training in established CTE Pathways: Culinary Arts, Welding, Ornamental Horticulture, Veterinary Science, Agriculture Science, and PsychologyInitiated the development of Positive Behavior Intervention Support at EHS. This involved redevelopment of existing plan, develop & create reward system for students, and support staff on important data and components on the Spartan WayInitiated the Site Intervention Team (Tier 2 & 3) that focused on multi-tiered systems of support for students in the areas of academics, behavior, social-emotional, and attendance to address students by name and need. Supporting Social Emotional Learning which was identified as being key in the most recent WASC report and Strategic Plan. This involves supervision and support of our site's Mental Health Clinician, piloting of a social emotional learning curriculum (Character Strong), and facilitation and aid in our district Community School and Extended Learning Opportunity programs. Coordinator and facilitator of district Curriculum Council to ensure materials, curriculum, and courses support the goal of student and staff learning, assessment, and technology integration. Initiated the Professional Learning Community process with the creation of district early release day to ensure and develop professional development opportunities and identify indicators and actions for our district strategic plan and graduate profile.

• Career Technical Education Coordinator: Responsible for overseeing the career technical education courses at River City High School that involves ten CTE pathways. This involves the implementation, support, auditing, and budgeting of these specialized programs. • Oversaw instructional technology at the site with the goal of providing opportunities for students to have technology in their hands by providing Chromebooks for all core classes and elective departments and providing professional development opportunities with the help of district.• Worked with Student Activities Director on the school student activities and Associated Student Body groups to ensure a positive school culture that provided opportunities for students to find extra-curricular outlets and create events with similar goals in mind.• Manage the English Language Development program. This involves working with the site’s coordinator.• Manage 504s, Student Study Teams, and essential tiered academic and behavior intervention for students with counselor support to create systems of support that allowed for more processes of accountability. • Worked with Science and CTE departments as PLC teams to create essential standards in courses, develop a grading model that represented the mastery of standards, and worked with teams to review data on formative assessments and steps to move forward. • Other duties assigned: evaluation of certificated and classified staff, working with probationary teachers and mentors, and worked with the principal on their development of a new mission and vision for River City High School.

• Coordinated Site Intervention Team that focused on multi-tiered systems of support for students in the areas of academics, behavior, social-emotional, and attendance to address students by name and need. • Continue the development of Positive Behavior Intervention Support at WCW. This involved the facilitation and data collecting needed to create action plans, develop and create reward system for students, and train staff on important data and components of our Wildcat Way. • Participated in administrative budget course that was administered by district superintendent with the goal of teaching new administrators how to navigate budget and other important aspects. • Manage the English Language Development program. This involved working with the site’s coordinator on the CELDT test, ensure a representative ELAC group is active, and providing academic interventions for EL students in need along with teacher training. • Responsible for the Advanced Placement program and CTE programs. This involves administration of all AP test, hosting an AP and CTE open house for students, and working with instructors to support and enforce high rigor expectations of student learning. • Responsible for the administration of CAASPP/SBAC to ensure students and staff were prepared. • Asked by school district superintendent to cover as a principal on site for the district’s continuation school and opportunity school program (Country High School) during the principal’s medical leave. • Worked with English Language Arts, World Language and Social Science departments as PLC team to create essential standards in courses, develop a grading model that represented the mastery of standards, and worked with teams to review data on formative assessments and steps to move forward. • Other duties assigned: evaluation of certificated and classified staff, assigned teacher adjunct duties, , working with BTSA teachers and mentors, and graduation ceremony.

• Responsible for the Advanced Placement program. This involves administration of all AP tests, revised student and parent AP contract, hosting an AP informational night, and working with instructors to support and enforce high rigor expectations of student learning. • Initiated the process of Positive Behavior Intervention Support at RHS. This has involved the creation of the PBIS team, the drafting of the school wide behavior expectation matrix, and outlining a plan for the teaching of PBIS for both students and teachers.• Manage 504s, Student Study Teams, and essential tiered academic and behavior intervention for students. • Organize facilities and usage for access of school and community programs. • Monitor school attendance to assist in improving students’ daily attendance and academic achievement. This includes coordinating a student truancy prevention program, which organizes School Attendance Review Team meetings and referrals for district support.• Work with AVID site coordinator to promote the vision, mission, and relevancy of the AVID program.

• Coordinated school attendance and learning support interventions to assist in improving students’ daily attendance and academic achievement at both the high school and middle school levels.• Planned, designed, and conducted follow-through strategies to implement the school attendance program, including the high school’s Rule of 85 Attendance Program and Tardy Lunch Detention Program.• Assisted the schools’ administration in coordinating a student truancy prevention program, which coordinates School Attendance Review Team meetings and referrals to the District Student Attendance Review Board.• Coordinated and developed a Safe School Plan for the high school to address site safety and violence prevention.
