Supply chain management with responsibility for the Purchasing and Logistics areas, coordinating a team of 300 between purchasing departments (50 employees) and freight transport (250 employees):• Prepared and executed the strategic purchasing and logistics plan at national and international levels.• Prepared budgets and performed internal control.• Managed and motivated team members.• Organized and restructured the entire logistics team, developing new tools to optimize the shipping process both for customers and between stores and managing a seven-figure purchase budget. Also led a project with the objective of optimizing the purchase and maintenance process of company stock levels.Achievements:• Designed and implemented software for managing inventory location and levels within supply center and stores. • Optimized supply-chain costs.• Established 48 hour delivery service to customers and a real-time GPS fleet-tracking plan.

The store had an area of 3,000 m2 for retail, marketing and a staff of 100.• Responsible for the Logistics and Purchasing areas. • Established sales and customer-service policies. • Recruited, trained and managed new store employees. Established HR policy and trained staff in quality customer service. Managed and motivated teams both during the start-up period and during the operation of the store. Achievements: • Successfully managed the store at the level of financial results, team productivity and quality of customer service. • Optimized the operation of the logistics center and in-store stock management with the consequent reduction of operating costs. • Created a high-performance team achieving annual sales of more than six figures.

• Responsible for analyzing credit risk, credit allocation, collections and non-payment tracking. Achievements: • Established policies for internal credit control and optimization of collection, avoiding long-term arrears and minimizing defaults.
