Accounts Payable:-Process and verify invoices and expense reports for payment.-Ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices, maintaining positive relationships with vendors.-Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.Accounts Receivable:-Manage and process incoming payments, including checks, electronic transfers, and credit card transactions.-Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts.Prepare and send out invoices to customers and handle related inquiries.

Bookkeeping and Record-Keeping:Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.Process invoices, expense reports, and reimbursements.Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies.Accounts Payable and Receivable:Assist in managing and processing accounts payable and receivable transactions.Ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices.Monitor and follow up on outstanding accounts and overdue payments.Financial Reporting:Prepare financial reports and summaries for review by senior accountants or management.Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

-Track Inventory: Keep detailed records of all ingredients, supplies, and equipment. Use inventory management software if possible.-Forecast Needs: Predict what will be needed based on menu items, expected foot traffic, and historical data.-Review Orders: Double-check all orders before finalizing to avoid mistakes.
