    Senior Project Manager and Engineering Manager for a team performing all-inclusive engineering design and project execution services for the Motiva Enterprises, Norco and Convent refineries. This task force, which I supervised, grew to over 120 engineers, designers and support personnel. We executed over $50 million dollars a year worth of projects ranging from $100K to $20.0MM in total installed cost. Duties included managing all engineering activities performed at Wink’s St. Charles Parish office including every day office management; hiring, performance reviews, and training employees. Responsibilities included assisting with front-end development of projects, every day supervision of detail design activities (mechanical, structural, civil, electrical and instrumentation), procurement, contracting, construction management, turnaround and start-up support. We acted as the client’s project engineer with full responsibility for the project’s total approved budget, including preparation of funding requests, tracking of project in SAP and assuming all duties that a client engineer is responsible for. I joined the team in 2001 when it consisted of 17 people and helped develop it into a team of 120 by 2006.
