The selection process ended with the best 100 artists in America. 24-7 finished the competition in the top 10. The band also had much success facing off against bands twice their age in the 2012 Band of the Year competition. 24-7 has been voted as one of the top 10 bands in the U-18 division for the prestigious world famous Austin Music Awards for the last 3 years & made the top 10 in the 2012-2013 Latin Rock division finishing behind the Grammy award winning band Los Lonely Boys.

Lead and support the manufacturing & Field service teams in delivering a continual improvement in the HSE culture at the workplace. Ensure the HSE commitment of local management in order to implement processes to achieve compliance with local, state and federal rules and regulations, while maintaining company standards. Ensure training programs are developed, modified and implemented as required. Ensure specialized HSE training is provided as necessary. Coach, support and assist management to establish processes to recognize potential hazards and at-risk behaviors. Promote Health, Safety and Environmental awareness and responsibility through safety meetings, communications, onsite visits and training programs. Coach, support and instruct management to achieve a high level of Health, Safety and Environmental capabilities resulting in an integrated approach to safe operations. Encourage active participation by all employees in Health, Safety and Environmental processes, including company and regulatory requirements. Implement & manage The 14 elements of PSM to include Employee Participation, Process Safety Information, Process Hazard Analysis, Operating Procedures, Training, Contractors, PSSR, Mechanical Integrity, Hot Work Permits, MOC (Management Of Change), Incident Investigation, Emergency Planning & Response, Compliance Audits, & Trade Secrets. Currently The Safety Team Leader For The HCN Safety Guardian Team Committee, Safety Audits, Insurance Audits, & VPP OSHA Audits. Site owner of Incidents & Investigations, and PSI. Currently a Qualified Team Leader in the Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) and have lead & facilitated numerous PHA Teams. Develop and maintain written safety information identifying workplace chemical and process hazards, equipment used in the processes, and technology used in the processes. Perform workplace hazard assessments JSA’S & JHA’S . Develop and implement written operating procedures for the chemical processes, including procedures for each operating phase, operating limitations, and safety and health considerations. Provide written safety and operating information for employees and employee training in operating procedures, by emphasizing hazards and safe practices that must be developed and made available. Conducted pre-startup safety reviews of all newly installed or modified equipment.
