Our customer satisfaction is foremost, and each event brings its own rewards, which secures accounts and develops potential business for future projects.As a Project Manager, I work closely with events and marketing teams at leading organisations to enable them to increase audience participation and engagement at their internal and external meetings, using the Concise iPad application.My role and responsibilities involve:-Managing multiple projects globally including clients such as BNP Paribas, Morgan Stanley, Apax Partners and HSBC.- Being the main point of contact from initial brief to post-event, welcoming feedback and using the opportunities to improve or enhance our services. - Working with large corporate event audiences to guarantee they maximise potential engagement opportunities.- Ensuring projects are delivered successfully and within budget, focusing on optimising operating process and growth. - Co-ordinating the on-site delivery team and planning all logistics, including travel and accommodation.- Supervising the in-house design and development team through the app-build process.- Overseeing all European projects, including travelling internationally to oversee bespoke events.- Occasionally going on-site to oversee the delivery of the event ensuring executed to client satisfaction.- Demonstrating new key features of the Concise app technology to existing and potential clients.- General administration/office management.

With the on-going success in providing quality bespoke event apps on a global scale, I was given the opportunity to extend my current skills and responsibilities within my role in Event Operations. I was able to develop my potential and showcase my transferable skills within this role. In addition my organisation skills and new responsibilities assisted me in adapting to work on larger and more complex events.The role primarily focuses on the managing aspect of building our applications from all areas from start to finish. This role is highly focused on being an on-site technician for live events, building quality relationships with existing and new clients, as well as delivering a service on a professional level.Concise has offices in London, New York, San Francisco, Hong Kong, Singapore and South Africa. My role as the lead on-site technician has led me to work directly with production/event companies globally. Ensuring the product that we provide is delivered above and beyond the clients expectations, leading to positive feedback and building client relationships.Clients and organisations included are financial and pharmaceutical organisations. Working at Concise has given me the opportunity to work in many cities and countries, including 3 month periods in both Hong Kong and New York offices. I have assertively become accustomed to working in different environments and overcome adverse situations.As each event is individual and delivered differently and tailored to meet client’s needs. The following information gives insight of what the job entails:- Organizing logistics prior to the event – transport, equipment testing and preparation.- Delivering a quality service at every event on a global scale – building client relationships which leads to repeat clients.- Managing projects onsite, leading a team to work collectively to ensure client satisfactory.- Being able to troubleshoot issues and problems professionally and confidently on live events.With this role I have been able to use my knowledge of coding languages to help provide a better service. The greatest aspect of being involved in this line of business is as each individual event concludes, it is very rewarding knowing you are a part of building and maintaining strong client centered relationships.
