Current- Managing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring that each project is completed successfully to a high standard
- Seeing projects through from initial brief to on-site delivery and post event follow-up
- Account/client management: building and maintaining key relationships and being the client's primary point of contact throughout all phases of a project
- Providing guidance and educating clients in the event app’s functionalities, attending in-person meetings where required to demonstrate the app
- Producing documentation/guidelines detailing project specifications
- Working with the in-house team to design, build and manage the clients’ app, ensuring all specified requirements are met
