In my experience, I have found that the most rewarding work is done in a positive, productive, and professional environment. I pride myself in my ability to listen to my coworkers/employers criticisms or concerns and make adjustments when needed. I feel that the work that one does should above all be fulfilling in more ways than just bringing home a paycheck. I currently come from the insurance industry and the one thing that I really value in this industry is the positive impact one can have on people by providing protection for them and their loved ones. Working directly with the public has shown me that every day is an opportunity to learn and grow; and I will take that knowledge with me into whatever opportunities that the future holds for me.
