Recruit, coach and mentor a team of eight reports to complete 22 projects. Build a pipeline of DMAIC, DMADV, “Workout” with $25MM in estimated benefit. Effectively managed a budget of $1.2MM to plan. Start-up role within the organization.

Initiate customer contacts; conduct on-site sales calls; actively manage negotiation and contract process in a consultative sales environment. Developed an e-commerce product offering for B2B procurement providers for settlement via MasterCard Purchasing Card.
