Projects ranged from implementating lean in R&D projects to on-site crisis project recovery to business turn-arounds leveraging systems engineering in defining new product architecture and corresponding business strategy. Project sponsors ranged from Global Heads of R&D to Division CEOs with many products visible in Siemens global product portfolio today. Projects executed across Siemens globally with main locations being: USA, Germany, Canada, Mexico and Denmark.

Responsible for implementation support of lean in development and engineering, Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) based assessments, and Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) based program management improvement projects as well as product and business benchmarking. Successfully prepared a Quality Management team for ISO 9001 certification. Projects executed across the USA, Mexico, Germany and South Korea across Siemens' global portfolio including Ultrasound, Large Drives, Gas Turbines, Siemens PLM software, and Siemens Diagnostics.\

TCI was purchased by Albany International in 2005. The new company name is Albany Engineered Composites.

TCI was a small aerospace composites design and manufacturing facility in Boerne, TX predominantly specializing in build-to-print orders. However, as the company grew in size, so did its capabilities. Initially responsible for design and finite element analysis of composite structures and later grew into role as Lead Project Engineer / Manager for largest composite structures manufactured by TCI for Orbital Sciences. Became temporary site director for Boeing J-UCAS development and build overseeing round-the-clock manufacturing teams to expedite schedule recovery while meeting exceptional quality standards which was recognized with Boeing Pride awards for "Expeditious Recovery in Manufacturing".
