I graduated from UC Berkeley with a BA in Data Science, with an emphasis on Physical Science Analytics, in 2022. I then worked as a Research Data Scientist at Aon, a leading global professional services firm, for over a year. My core competencies include machine learning, data analysis, and intellectual property (IP) strategy and valuation.At Aon, I used machine learning in the IP realm to provide a comprehensive approach to IP risk management and decision-making for clients across various industries. I incorporated automated ML components to enhance patent analysis accuracy and efficiency, leading to a significant price reduction from $200k to $30k per report. I also deployed an internal tool WebUI using Docker/ECS, bridging the gap between research and clients by implementing and automating tools for analysts on the buy-side and sell-side. I contributed to a significant 30% reduction in IP analysis hours, enabling faster and more informed decisions for our clients.
