I was responsible for acquisition and programming of contents for our Video-On-Demand platforms.Working closely with both rights-holders (mostly major Hollywood and European studios) and internal teams (scheduling, marketing, design, finance) to ensure contents are launched, promoted and reported successfully. Main Responsibilities:- B2B Key Account Management – Regular communication with licensors regarding new releases, promotions, sales results- B2B Key Account Negotiation – Contract negotiation, sales forecasting- New Accounts – Initiating dialog with potential new partners- Operations – Overseeing scheduling, delivery and release of programs- Marketing – Planning and release of promotional materials and campaigns- Finance – Tracking and reporting of sales

As part of the Business Alliance Department, I worked on the "DIGITAL SCREEN" project. The aim of this project was to build a new early-window online movie platform. The platform showed movies while they were still in theaters or right after their final showing, as well as movies that did not get a theatrical release in Japan (providing them with a "digital theatrical release". I focused on the latter group - movies that had not been released in Japan yet, and my responsibilities included:- Making contact with potential partners (studios, sales agents, right-holders,...)- Screening and selecting titles of interest for our platform - Negotiation and contract signing- Acquisition of materials and overview of the localization process - Release of titles on the platform - Distribution of titles to other platforms - Tracking and reporting of sales

Main responsibilities:- Planning – Human Resources planning and reporting to the COO- Recruitment – Recruiting Japanese and foreign employees, preparing contracts and visa applications- Audits – Ensuring that the company practices are in line with current employment law- Training – Orientation/on-boarding as well as ongoing training for teachers and managers- Performance Management – Redeveloping performance management systems and conducting performance appraisals

Main responsibilities:- Teaching – One-on-one teaching of French and English to adults- Scheduling – Lesson scheduling and staff shifts- Customer satisfaction – Review of customer (student) feedback- Translation – From Japanese to English or French (marketing materials, websites)
