Marion has taught in primary and secondary schools in a variety of settings including two start-up academies and has experience at senior management level and as a Local Authority SEND Advisor. She has extensive experience managing curriculum change and strategies which address pupils’ progress in learning especially that of pupils with SEND. Marion’s extensive SEND experience informs her advice and support which is often focused on pupil assessment and its link to appropriate teaching and learning strategies. Working closely with staff, Marion ensures effective collaborative professional development.
