Overall responsibility for the Awarding Organisation

• Overview of the offered certifications (examinations) programmes globally.The Portfolio includes: Full AXELOS portfolio, including PRINCE2® & ITIL®ECDL & City & Guilds & Professional Valuers/Appraisers IASSC Lean Six.
• Designed & implemented the business/value proposition and the marketing plan on all offered examinations programmes globally, with an active presence in 135 countries.
• Managing all marketing & communications activities, leading a professional team of 7.
• Held full responsibility for all advertising activities in cooperation with advertising and media agencies.
• Overseeing an average of more than 10 events per year in USA, UK, Greece, India and other countries
• Designing & delivering the internet & inbound marketing strategy, including SEO, social media and inbound marketing tools e.g. Hubspot for all media: four (4) websites, two (2), business portals and apps (iOS).

• Designed & deployed the marketing plan for the offering of ECDL (www.ecdl.gr) and City & Guilds (www.cityandguilds.gr) certification programmes, mainly in Greece.
• Created & directly oversaw the general group internet strategy and social media adoption.
• For the period between June 2011 and November 2011 covered the interim position of Sales Manager and managed a team of 6 Sales Associates, deploying the strategy for Academic Year 2011-2012.

Development of new products, marketing analysis and screening of the Groups external proposals.

• Delivered a consultancy package to more than 60 companies (SMEs), interacting with them at the highest level (MD), part of the West Midlands Collaborative & Commerce Marketplace (www.wmccm.co.uk) offering.
• Advised companies, on diversification of their processes and the skills, the use of new technologies and the internet assisted them in other strategic and manufacturing issues, directly being responsible for sales.
• Managed MSc student project in areas of my academic interests.
• Organised & participated in various industry and academic events associated with WMCCM as a presenter or exhibitor
• Organised groups of companies for business opportunities (e.g. led a bid from 15 SMEs to the MoD tender to provide £5M of engineering services).Also: Contributing & deciding project strategy, processes and activities..
