As the Chief Architect, I manage a small group of architects within the engineering division responsible for the development of the Microsoft Cloud for Sovereignty (MCfS) and the Microsoft Cloud for Financial Services Industries (FSI). My team and I are accountable for the creation of product artefacts that are consistent, secure, reliable, reusable, and compliant. We are responsible for driving innovation across our industries, thereby establishing the architectural foundation of our products for sustained success in the mid to long term. We work in close collaboration with the engineering teams across our organization, guiding them towards the realization of these accountabilities through coaching, mentoring, design and review workshops. Additionally, we explore potential future capabilities by constructing prototypes within our team.
