Designed a new mobility infrastructure to align with corporate initiative to consolidate seven disparate messaging environments to a single Exchange 2010 organization. Mobility environment supports 17,000 mobile devices and 53 mobility servers utilizing BlackBerry and Good Technology (iOS) solutions across four global data centers. Implementing a mobility plan for migrating all mobile devices from Domino 8x and Exchange 2003/2007 to Exchange 2010 using Binary Tree CMT Mobile and BlackBerry Enterprise Transporter tools. Assisted in migrating physical BES 4x domain to a virtual BES 5.0.3 domain.

Architected and managed a high availability robust Lotus Notes messaging environment with RightFax and Oracle integration. Messaging environment consists of 1200 users, 20 Windows 2003 servers distributed over 6 locations and available 24 x 7. Administered and managed all messaging servers including hardware/software upgrades, monitoring, support, budgeting, licensing, capacity planning and business continuity. Accomplishments:• Architected and managed a high availability Domino and SMTP environment using Domino clustering and SAN technology spanning remote data centers.• Designed a flexible mobile messaging environment by implementing BlackBerry and iPhone.• Minimized messaging related costs by integrating Google and FrontBridge email filtering hosted solutions and implementing “total cost of ownership” (TCO) initiatives such as server consolidations, virtualization, single sign-on, data compression and DAOS technology.• Led a Notes development team and coordinated all Notes development activities. Assisted in analyzing and streamlining business processes by implementing Notes workflow applications.

As a contractor, performed Domino administration for Andersen Consulting Central Region. Environment consisted of over 7000 employees distributed over 80 Domino servers on a Windows platform.

Performed system administration of the Lotus CCMail, Windows NT and Novell networks

Provided engineering contractor services for Landis & Gyr Powers on the Chicago O’Hare International Terminal project. Provided on-site support for the installation of security systems (door access, intercom, camera and central security console). Provided engineering contractor services for JWP Gibson Electric on the Chicago O’Hare International Terminal project. Provided on-site installation support for all electrical equipment (up to 480V).
