I am responsible for review verifying medical accuracy and appropriateness of content or claims in promotional materials, including clinical information, scientific data, bio-statistical validity, and compliance with local and international regulations. Working in a cross-functionally team with marketing, regulatory, and legal departments providing strategic input and driving alignment. I help with the process of conceptualization of new promotional materials, providing creative solutions and enhancing the quality of promotional materials while minimizing review cycles for material approval. With the support of a collaborative team, I ensured the quality and efficacy of medical communications, supervised promotional and non promotional content in order to ensure that the company was within ethical, medical and regulatory regulations, fostered successfully interactions with KOLs, and led Medical conferences for gynecologists, general practitioners and nurses where I communicated medical information about Effik products. I worked cross functionally to assess product development opportunities, assisted Regulatory Affairs with renovation of sanitary registers, and collaborated with the General Manager with the Medical Department budget.

I leveraged new KOL relationships to develop approved Investigator Initiated Studies. I translated complex medical information into a clear language and presented it to the medical community. I represented the company in congresses, events and scientific meeting to keep abreast of clinical trends and compile new competitive scientific information. I designed, developed, and led an innovative Scientific Information database “Inforganon”, a database about unsolicited inquiries, disease state information, field alerts, and business needs. I answered unsolicited medical inquiries from external stakeholders. I assisted with Implanon and Cerazette launches reviewing medical presentations, promotional content, and providing Conferences to KOLs, and the medical community. I collaborated with Implanon insertion workshops and trained sales force.I assisted the Drug Safety Officer, Pharmacovigilance Department, and CRAs with clinical studies.
