I provide nutrition counseling services for clientele seeking valid, evidence-based nutrition information. I serve individuals, sports teams, and corporate wellness clients. My services include individual consultations, speaking engagements, online courses, and writing for publications, including Climbing Magazine. Specialties include triathlon and rock climbing nutrition. I am one of only approximately 1000 people internationally to hold the prestigious International Olympic Committee's Diploma in Sports Nutrition, which is a two-year post-graduate program. This depth of knowledge of exercise and sports/performance nutrition allows me to help athletes fuel their training and competition to reach their potential.I also specialize in a non-diet approach, helping clients form meaningful lifestyle habits, while honoring intuitive eating practices and positive body image. In addition, my clinical background in assessing patients' nutritional status, educating, and instructing patients and their caregivers on appropriate medical nutrition therapy interventions helps clients achieve a better sense of wellness. As part of this, I also coordinate with therapists, nurses, doctors and other healthcare professionals to administer appropriate nutrition care processes.
