• Effectively communicates with long-term care facilities, as well as doctor’s offices, for new patients requesting new prescriptions and/or refills.• Creates, updates and maintains electronic patient profiles including: billing information and prior authorizations.• Supports with the onboarding of new Pharmacy Technicians with training on current policies and procedures; providing best practices to increase productivity and work efficiency. • Helps health care providers and patients by greeting them in person and by phone, answering questions and requests, and referring inquiries to the pharmacist.

• Providing assistance with personal care activities such as: Bathing and grooming, dressing, toileting, and exercise. • Planning and preparing daily meal while ensuring food levels maintained and replenished as needed.• Performing light house-keeping duties to ensure patient satisfaction is adhered to.• Assisting residents with mobility and support with indoor and outside activities. • Providing emotional support and stability to ensure residents maintain a healthy mental state.

• Providing patient care that promotes a safe, comforting, and therapeutic environment.• Maintains established institutional policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance program, and safety, environmental and infection control standards.• Responsible for providing services to patients under the general supervision of registered nurses, physicians, psychiatrists or other qualified personnel. • Utilize behavioral and physical techniques to prevent injury to patients and others and to ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for clients; respond appropriately in crisis situations.
