I work to improve my students English language abilities, use data to determine best supports to meet their needs as provide training to teachers on how to provide the best environment for English learners to thrive. I integrate social, emotional, and academic support into authentic and supportive relationships that help students and schools expand possibilities for learning and development. I also partners with educators to provide peer-to-peer adaptive support that benefit students, teachers, and classroom environments.

I teach adults English, computer and valuable skills needed for the workforce. I assist them in meeting their goals of better job opportunities, preparedness for citizenship, GED or college classes, as well as to pass rigorous tests such as TOEFL or IELTS. I teach classes from low intermediate to advanced levels that focused on various skills including vocabulary, writing, reading, speaking, listening, workforce scenarios, business training, etc. I am also responsible for facilitating individualized computer courses and teaching specialized lessons that focused on college and career readiness, workforce scenarios and business training.
