In de netwerkaanpak van Weerproof werken de Gemeente, Waternet, ruim 100 organisaties en individuele Amsterdammers samen. Door de stad slim in te richten met waterpleinen, groene daken en waterdoorlatende speeltuinen. Amsterdammers helpen door tegels in tuinen te vervangen door groen of regentonnen te plaatsen. Want, iedereen kan iets doen. Samen maken we het verschil Ik concentreer me o.a. op het onderhouden van een relevant professioneel netwerk waarmee doorlopend aan slimme oplossingen wordt gewerkt.

Toch blijkt samenwerken in teams nogal uitdagend te zijn op verschillende vlakken. Wat zijn deze uitdagingen? En hoe overwinnen we ze?Met een aantal professionals met verschillende achtergronden (projectmanagers, communicatieadviseurs, psychologen) hebben we een inspiratiereis naar Londen georganiseerd. Door organisaties te bezoeken die aan innovatieve uitdagingen werken, zijn we samen op zoek gegaan naar nieuwe manieren om samenwerken.

Met professioneel omgevingsmanagement werken we aan vertrouwen door belangen in balans te brengen. Het Nationaal kennisplatform laadinfrastructuur (NKL) zet zich in voor een toekomstbestendig laadnetwerk voor elektrisch vervoer. Door in partnerschappen met beleidsmakers, kennisinstellingen, netbeheerders en marktpartijen kennis te ontwikkelen, en relevante partijen te verbinden.

PWN is het drinkwaterbedrijf van Noord-Holland. Uniek aan PWN is dat zij ook verantwoordelijk is voor het behoud van enkele bijzondere duin natuurgebieden. PWN is in transitie naar een moderne werkgever en stakeholder. De communicatiestrategie richt zich erop deze overgang te ondersteunen en de hele organisatie communicatiever te maken. Ik ben verantwoordelijk voor het concept en uitvoering van een trainingsprogramma dat medewerkers faciliteert als interne en externe ambassadeurs.

Het Corporate Innovatie programma van Rijkswaterstaat heeft de ambitie om een online infra innovatie platform te lanceren. Ik heb een stakeholderanalyse uitgevoerd, met 15+infra en bouw partijen een verkenning geleid en het aanbestedingsproces voorbereid.

In lijn met de organisatiestrategie “Koers2020” en vanuit het idee dat kennisdelen relevant, effectief en vooral ook heel erg leuk mag zijn, heb ik samen met verschillende teams het concept de Rijkswaterstaat kennisfestivaltoer gecreëerd.

Within one large communication team we work for Room for the River, National Flood protection Programs, Stroomlijn, Maaswerken and evacuation program MEGO. I concentrate on branding these programs on (international) stages. For Room for the River and the National Flood protection programs I am currently working on contributing at the adaptation future conference (http://www.adaptationfutures2016.org), Innovation Expo (www.innovatie-estafette.nl), Floodrisk (floodrisk2016.net) and branding Rijkswaterstaat through virtual reality during the Netherlands Presidency of the European Union (www.eu2016.nl)

Within the National Flood Protection Program (NFPP) regional water authorities (Waterschappen) and Directorate General for public works and water management (Rijkswaterstaat) joined forces to decrease the change of flooding in the Netherlands on the long run. This Alliance organizes the Dijkwerkersdag on march 24th 2016 in Amsterdam. This inspirational innovative network event is for all executives working on the NFPP on a daily basis. From the people who know our rivers and sea best, to technical projectleaders. From HR managers to our future generation of excutives. Overall goal is to kick off a strong water community of excutives protecting our country from flooding

Water is becoming one of the biggest global issues in the near future.With a couple of Dutch communication professionals working on a variety of water- and innovation projects, we have the ambition to strengthen our international orientation. This is why we are organizing an exchange week late September to New York and Washington. Through different visits we will learn intensively about campaigning, community engagement, stakeholder management and the Dutch-American relationship with regard to water related issues.By sharing successful approaches and solutions, we gain insight in how to achieve high impact within water related projects on an international scale. On the long term we hope to develop an ongoing international exchange program between communication professionals working on water related projects in the Netherlands, USA and beyond.
