Communicate with prospective GED and ESL students and provide them with information on class registration, payment options, and community resourcesRevised and updated online enrollment registration form to improve accuracy of prospective student data, and increase efficiency of data collectionMaintain, organize, and update student records to quickly identify student information when neededTrain work study students on office procedures, RACC enrollment policies, and customer service best practices

Manage and track store inventory, and communicate with vendors on pricing and availability of productsAssist in the upgrade of grading software and enter student data for final grades calculations
