Absorbed existing processes with additional streamlined processes.• Led my team through two of the largest ramps in company history while hitting two of operations KPIs: 100% on-time delivery and $0 surprise inventory cash write-offs. Instituted specific customer strategies by analyzing inventory risk and proposing purchase profiles with the goal of satisfying extremely volatile customer demand.• Micromanaged the planning and execution of Teradyne’s largest account. Demand ManagementTeradyne Jan 2011 - Feb 2015Responsible for forecasting material, aligning to customer requirements, and managing overall inventory pipeline while adhering to planning policies and goals, and for strategic planning to interface with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and New Product groups to set and maintain the master schedule and inventory positions in support of company objectives.• Responsible for the highest volume, most expensive, and most configurable platform. Product generates an average of $130M of revenue per quarter, consists of 220 sellable items, and an 18-22 week lead time.• Micromanaged the planning of Teradyne’s largest customer account generating more than $1B in revenue. Created a process illustrating the total liability for this specific customer’s demand plan. This process provided the executive management with information necessary to make key business decisions, such as a weekly inventory investment schedule, solutions for production and supplier capacity constraints, and high-risk inventory burn off schedules.• Collaborated with supply management team and contract manufacturer to solve suppliers’ capacity constraints by developing close-loop process. Managed both component purchases and PCBA builds through a level loaded forecasting process.• Contributed to the creation of Teradyne’s transition instrument process. Successfully micromanaged the transition of the high speed memory platform and Epsilon from a high volume stage down to a low volume stage with $0 surprise inventory cash revisions needed.• Consistent process improvement including creating a close-loop process with our team in China to provide clear visibility of Teradyne’s refurbished and tested material, which we could commit to a customer shipment. Resulted in inventory relief of $5.3M and ~$10M in additional revenue. -
