Engage increasing numbers of alumni in supporting students’ career aspirations. Develop events and programming that promote personal and professional development and sense of pride for students and alumni. This includes producing webinars, hosting speaker, panel, and networking events, managing an online mentor platform called the Maroon and Gold Network, and planning signature events including The Send Off, Celebrating Gopher Families, and the Mentor Appreciation Dinner.

Guide students as they examine their own views of leadership, explore differences between personal and positional leadership, and analyze their strengths and skills, ethics and values.

Developed, implemented, and assessed the student leadership training and development programs for OFYP. These programs include 28 Orientation Leaders and 450+ Welcome Week Leaders. Training for student leaders focuses on social change, diversity and social justice, facilitation skills, StrengthsQuest, student development theory, conflict management, and bystander education.

Served as a member of the Assistant Dean for Student Services' leadership team and liaison to student services staff, collegiate administration, and campus partners to evaluate and make improvements to the College of Liberal Arts' student support structure and programs. Planned and implemented college-wide programming to enhance student support and engagement. Served as collegiate point person for student conduct and grievances. Advised the Assistant Dean's Freshman Advisory Board.

Advised undergraduate and graduate student groups on a variety of topics, including leadership development, officer training, engaging new members, event planning, budget management, and conflict resolution. Planned signature student activities events, including Activities Fairs and Paint the Bridge. Coordinated all aspects of the Student Group Grants Program, which allocates over $300,000 a year to student groups to host events and programs.

Coordinated special events and standing committees sponsored by the Associate Dean for Undergraduate Programs Office for prospective students, faculty, staff, and friends of CLA. Expedited College and departmental recruitment communications. Developed working knowledge of CLA's academic programs and initiatives, including instructional awards, freshman seminars, freshman research opportunities, recruitment, and outreach strategies.

Managed all aspects of the "Ask Bucky" email service that responded to over 3,000 emails a year with questions and concerns about the UW-Madison community.

Interacted with prospective and matriculated students and visitors to help navigate the UW-Madison campus, promoting excellent communication and customer service skills.
