I work as a VMware, VDI (Horizion View and Horizion DaaS), vCloud Director, and Storage specialist at PDS. This includes design, implementations, and troubleshooting of vSphere, VDI (utilizing LiquidwareLabs technology), and Storage environments. I also maintain the PDS lab, making sure there is a sandbox area for techs as well as a demo area to show to.

I work as a escalation point for Server (and storage) problems.I also work on projects that involve setting up or modifying a clients servers and storage (setting up a new server, adding a new SAN box).And lets not forget the catch all, other tasks as warranted.

I worked in the ATM help desk fielding and placing calls on ATM related issues (from out of cash to the ATM network being down). I also worked on the Processor help desk which monitored the actual card processors and attempted to make sure they were up more than they were down.Lastly I worked on the ATM Installation Help Desk which was responsible for.
