As a Wellness Support Specialist, I work alongside the Wellness Team to support client groups through client reporting, managing the backend of wellness portals, creating health communications, and managining member inquiries via phone and email communications. Additionally, I serve as the Health Event Planner for health fairs, education and fitness events by working with the vendor and client to organize the event. I assist in the creation of health promotion challenges and activities, educational emails, and educate and enroll members in health coaching programs.
