CurrentProvide day to day consultative support and status updates to Enterprise Clients - Booz Allen Hamilton, Microsoft, Cisco and Salesforce, as well as internal MBO departments.Educating consultants and Clients on specific enterprise program requirements to ensure efficient, compliant and timely completion of all processes.Piloting different new system programs - Zendesk, JobDiva and Clio AI.Reporting weekly to enterprise stakeholders in an effort to isolate any issues or inconsistencies.Training Client hiring managers and/or MSP providers, with Beeline and Fieldglass, on MBO processes and systems.Implementation of new VMS for select Clients. Working directly with the MSP, Client and internal MBO team members to help ensure a seamless transition.Working with our Account Directors on specific program enhancements to continually improve efficiencies and client satisfaction within all of our programs.On the job, Operations/Program Specialist training for new MBO hires.
