● Accurately review and process sales orders, verifying proper paperwork is provided, equipment configurations match proposals, ensuring discounts, special pricing and/or arrangements, terms of payments and shipping details are supplied to order processing/purchasing departments● Act as liaison for branch sales staff and various internal departments concerning equipment ordering, emergency services, billing inaccuracies, and contract details such as payment and service schedules● Maintain delivery schedule calendar to ensure on-time deliveries and pro-active customer communication ● Produce reports and design spreadsheets that enable sales reps to review and analyze customer accounts regarding equipment and service payments and lease closeout status to ensure customer satisfaction● Train new department hires in addition to coaching sales reps in utilization of Compass Sherpa CRM● Respond to Request for Proposals: organize team meetings, summarize RFPs, prepare answers to RFP questions, assemble final presentations and deliver proposals● Provide administrative support to the Regional VP including scheduling meetings, arranging conference calls, and handling correspondence● Manage office services by organizing daily operations and procedures, designing filing systems, reviewing and ordering office supplies and equipment
