As a science planner for NASA’s Swift Satellite, I planned precise observations for the satellite, including comets, gamma ray bursts, galaxies, and numerous other astronomical objects. Swifts mission is to detect and follow up Gamma Ray Bursts (GRB’s), some responsibilities included gathering data on such bursts and checking for accuracy as well as distributing information on bursts to the appropriate parties. When not science planning, I acted as part of the Ultra-Violet Optical Telescope (UVOT) team. I processed images captured by Swift of LVLS galaxies and guaranteed precision and accuracy of color and form of these galaxies. I have also been responsible for upkeep of some of Swift's public websites, and as such have learned a good deal of HTML, JavaScript, and PHP.
