• Provided administrative support to Trade Marketing Pricing & Promotions personnel by creating/updating cents-off and other promotional deployment information in the Customer Relations Management system (Salesforce) as well as the internal promotions deployment software (Navigate). • Used critical thinking and exceptional attention to detail to provide accurate deployment information across Trade Marketing and Operations departments. • Worked closely with the LEX department to provide administrative support for communicating and inputting ever-evolving local and regional legal ordinances related to the tobacco industry. • Managed multiple processes and implemented new, more efficient ways of communicating multiple legal ordinances to senior management and executive-level department heads.
