-Register guests and assign rooms - accommodate special requests whenever possible in a convention style downtown property with 937 rooms. -Knowledge in the reservations department. Takes same day reservations and future reservations when necessary. -Trains, cross –trains, and retrains some front office personnel. -Running a variety of reports for the Front Office Management Team and assisting them when possible.
