Partnered with the Director of the Science Learning Institute (SLI) at Foothill College to build, scale and strengthen programs that increase the recruitment, retention and success of low-income, first-gen and underrepresented minority (URM) students in STEM. Built, scaled and currently lead SLI’s flagship STEM internship program that provides internships at leading research institutions (primarily Stanford) and in the tech and biotech sector for students from low-income, first-gen and URM backgrounds.
