Recruiting since early 1998, I got my start within the Staffing industry in the Bay area. I then moved on to the Corporate world (U.S. Bank for 8 years). I also did contract recruiting for a few years but moved back to Corporate as an individual contributor to the success of the company. My passion for diversity, inclusion and retention in the workplace combines with my desire to make an effective difference in the people and businesses I come in contact with every day. It DOES matter to me and I strive to be that person that both potential and current clients can relate to. I have given presentations based off my book, "Secrets of a Corporate Recruiter" for the past several years and have been told I am an energetic and very 'real' speaker. I believe this is because I involve my audiences in the learning process and have a comfortable and relaxed style of teaching, including humor and 'real life' stories.
