Play a key role on SAP implementation (SAP Business One), working closely with end users to collectrequirements and engaging key stakeholders in updates, progress reports, risk identification andmitigation. Demonstrate deep understanding of the following SAP Business One Modules: Bill ofMaterials; Inventories; Finance; Production Orders; Purchasing; Costs; and, Sales. Familiar with ADPcloud- based payroll software.Key Projects: Testing: Develop test plans, coordinate and conduct testing, documentation, communication,and oversee resolution of defects. Perform Quality Assurance (QA).- Requirements: Organize and facilitate sessions with end user to gather requirements in thetransition from DOS system to SAP.- Communication: Successfully communicate requirement findings and testing results to the endusers and leadership. Serve as a liaison between CIO, CFO, CEO, consultants, and users.- Servers: Oversee the logistics and design of the server room. Transition from physical tovirtual servers. Maintain server room and server room fire system.- Project Management: Develop plan, milestones, create progress reports, and lead projectteam members on the implementation of control systems for Autoclaves and for the Proximitysystem implementation, including coordination from a remote location.- Coordination: Coordinate equipment and processes from systems perspective, resulting incustomer qualifications. Conduct VPN project coordination between two San Diegomanufacturing plants.- IT Infrastructure: Spearhead the setup, troubleshooting, and technical assistance for over 150workstations/laptops.Network: Maintain networks, collaborate with vendors on procurement, and implement networkequipment.- VOIP Telephones: Carry-out troubleshooting, maintenance, upgrades, and implementations.- Vendor Procurement and Contract Negotiation: Contribute to the procurement and contractnegotiation process for printers.- Process Mapping: Conduct company-wide process mapping.
