Organize, coordinate and fulfill dock operations documents , reports, notifications and information requests for Bolingbrook Warehouse Operations office and provide assistance to other network Consolidation Facilities and Managers as needed. This will include creating, organizing and consolidating standard daily, weekly, and monthly reports, schedules and documentation as well as need based information as requests arise.

Responsible for customer satisfaction, quality management, implementation, training, coordination, communication of contract requirements, and growth of the selected customer account including working with internal and external customer. Communicate in detail to the customer available products and services and educates the customer on the benefits.Meet or exceed quarterly revenue goals.Implement and train customers.

Build and enhance current business relationships and sales to customers with lower annual sales volumes.Identify and prepare forecasts, price quotes and updates; resolve price hold issues; secure funding approvals for these accounts. Present opportunities to customers based on excess inventory and new products.Attend trade shows and visit customers as needed.Analyze sales volume to identify trends and measure against company's business plan. Create and refine spreadsheets/reports that provide the analyses to support proposed strategic initiatives, emerging business needs and segment requests.

Responsible for supporting sales efforts for assigned accounts. Assist the sales department and sales managers on various special projects and establishing new procedures.Coordinate the processing, allocation and printing of all customer orders and ensure that all orders are put through the system in a timely manner, while working closely to resolve any issues including product shortages, credit holds, price holds, etc.Work with all internal departments and outside sales force to ensure accurate and timely action with respect to various administrative processes and all incoming orders.

Constantly monitor the Quality Assurance program and also serve as a Strategic liaison between the customer and the company on resolving customer satisfaction issues.Review Customer Satisfaction Survey results. Follows up on all fair and poor responses.
