Manages the Performance Reporting group and the YARDI Operations Group. In that capacity, responsibilities include performance reporting (GIPS and NCREIF), data integrity for all performance data across systems, GIPS compliance, YARDI accounting operations and special projects including the implementation of new accounting modules, custom table/reports development and standardizing accounting procedures. Part of a new initiative to develop a more robust custom system to report performance measures.

Analyze, interpret and communicates real estate performance and financial data. Calculate and communicate the investment returns and risk analytics for client portfolios, commingled funds and fund composites. Assist in developing models to predict the various influences on performance and conducts real estate financial analysis, which focuses on effects to the portfolio by various property and portfolio financial issues.
