Issuing RMA “Return Material Authorization” numbers to customers that need to send in items for repair.Access electronic and paper cataloging systems to look up product information and availability. Maintaining Inventory Management with correct pricing and part numbers. Purchasing new parts from vendors as customer requirement. Keeping up with the quote master for sales representatives. Printing out order status weekly reports of all items that are open and qualify them if needed.
