Gauging System Inc. (GSI) manufactures tank gauging & loss control products for bulk liquid storage applications. Products include: MTG “Multi-function Tank Gauge” or in combination with TGS “Tank Gauging Server” • Inventory (Custody transfer accuracy) o Volume by both Hydrostatic and Hybrid Methods o Bottom referenced for innage measurement (and outage measurement between the reference flange and liquid surface – vapor space) o TRMI “Tank Reference Movement Indicator” shows Hybrid Method error o Volume, Mass, Level, Multi-point spot Temperature, Multi-strata Density, Total Water (free, emulsified, & entrained), Vapor (pressure, temperature, and density), Atmospheric (pressure, temperature, and density), Flow rate (Mass, Volume), and Brix • Product Quality (liquid stratification, Top-Middle-Bottom real time data) • Overfill Protection (API 2350, 5th Edition) • Rupture Protection (Over pressure & Vacuum) • Rain/Snow on roof (Weight, level, & drainage monitoring) • Leak detection / Unauthorized movement by Mass accuracy • Vapor and Atmospheric monitoring (Emissions, PRV monitoring, etc.) TGS “Tank Gauging Server” • TGS is designed to work as a closed on-premises solution or hybrid using both on premise and cloud data stores with support for cloud-based alerts and notifications such as SMS, email, and MQTT. • A “headless” Server placed on a LAN, WAN for collection of tank gauging, safety, environmental, and operations information for Alarms, Warnings, and Diagnostics. • Viewable with permissive via browser on any smart devices (PC, Laptop, iPad, iPhone, smart TV, etc.) • TGS includes both configurable Text and Graphic displays and reports. Alarm and event logs, • Communication Apps for PI, SAP, OPC/UA, Cloud, Back Office, etc. • Application add-ons include Real time & historical Trending, Transfers (ticketing & product quality), Blending, Alarm annunciation, Leak detection, Storm ballasting, MTG diagnostics, etc.
