Technical design for "De Efteling" project "De Sprookjesboom"

Project engineer.- Basic design & construction supervision of a new installation to expand the existing waste water treatment plant. - Design of all interconnecting piping (brownfield) Including ship & truck (un)loading stations for the new biodiesel production plant.

Follow-up installation of platforms and machines in a rubber production line. (Brownfield) Basic Engineering package was done by Bom Engineering.

Working as a senior project engineer on several projects in the waste water treathment industrie. Also the design and building of pilot installations to develop new technologies.

Review of documents, updating general arrangement drawings. Checking drawings from suppliers. Etc. All for the production of multistage centrifugal pumps. Special on this project is that we worked from our Bom Engineering office by remote acces in the systems of Flowserve Etten-Leur.

Project Engineer of a complete plant in the metal recovery business.

As a project engineer at Cargill, I worked on the "Triple" project. In this project I was the project engineer for the new food safe refinery, including a new tankfarm, truckloading station, barge loding station, expansion of the waste water treathment plant and all interconnecting piping.

At De Regt Conveyor Systems I have done engineeringwork for two different projects.- A shiploadingsystem for seeds, granes and flakes. with a capacity of 300 t/h- A mobile belt conveyor with a bunker and a spraying sytem

At Tramper technology I work as a mechanical engineer on projects in the food processing and packaging sector. I mainly worked on client specific configurations for complete packaging lines including: separation, weighting, filling, distribution, top sealing and tidying.

As a project engineer at Cargill, my work consist roughly the following tasks:-Pre-engineering studies for modifications and new projects in the production plant.-Budgeting.-Discuss projects with the involved people at all stages of a project. (From PSI, process engineers, electrical engineers, production supervisor, contractors, pipe fitters, construction workers, operators, safety supervisor, etc.)-Examine engineering drawings from contractors.-Work preparation, to make sure all materials, tools and people are available on time to do the job in a planned production stop. -Supervision in the field / on the work floor.

At Ploeger I worked as a member of the engineering team for the new AR4W. This was a complete new design of a four row potato harvester.
