- Responsible for the functioning of office and business applications within given Key Performance Indicators, with minimal downtime.- Responsible for comparison of the full specifications and features of various antivirus endpoint solutions (In order make the comparison and a full review of the solutions, - I Implemented McAfee, Symantec, Bitdefender, etc. in various network setups, I deployed the agents, I created and managed the security policies and I analyzed the functionality of the product in any setup and architecture.)- Responsible for all internal acquisitions and support for external auctions.- Support internal customers (Sales, Marketing departments) in any IT related issue.- Help external customers, who needed support in installing, implementing and configuring ESET Nod32 Antivirus in various setups.- Help external customers who had contracts with our company with the configuration of their antivirus solution (McAfee, Symantec, etc.) and the network security;- Managed and configured the Active Directory servers, the Email (Exchange and Postfix) servers and the network equipment.- Patching Windows servers and workstations with all the security patches and updates in order to ensure maximum protection.- Responsible for creating and enforcing the antivirus and security policy of the internal network.- Responsible with the management of the data loss solutions (McAfee Complete Data Protection and Microsoft BitLocker).- Making sure the Back-up is made on regular basis.
