In this role; I ensured the validation of global governance as well as the oversight of Temenos Banking Cloud's Disaster Recovery and Cloud Availability capabilities. I guaranteed and reported on Temenos' SLAs and contractual obligations to clients. By recruiting, building, and developing a high-performing global team of Cloud Availability and Service Continuity managers, I enabled coverage and capabilities across all global regions. I helped people make better decisions by providing consultative advice on how to steer projects and clients to successful outcomes.• Served as a key representative of the Global Cloud Availability function in governance boards and committees including the Cloud Architecture Board and Operational Readiness Board.• Continuously improved the quality of the technical cloud platforms by steering collaborative efforts with Temenos internal functions and departments, including the SaaS CTO, CIO, CSO, SVP Operations, Chief Architect, Regional Heads of Cloud, and other senior stakeholders.

In this role, I managed, planned, and coordinated over 70 disaster recovery tests for financial intuitions (Banks) in the cloud (Azure, AWS) for 5 world regions (APAC/EMEA/LATAM/NA) using heterogeneous technologies (Windows/Linux/Kubernetes/Microservices).• Created recovery templates and 'fit for purpose' supporting documentation (test guidance, test scenarios, test plans, success criteria). I generated post-test reports and oversaw follow-up actions for both internal and external stakeholders. I created and coordinated scalable BIAs, BCPs, and DRPs aligned with group policies. According to internal policies, contractual requirements, and industry standards, I planned and developed a Service Continuity test strategy and framework.• Delivered major transformation programs (Research, POCs and implemented disaster recovery as a service in the cloud for Banks.
