These simulation games are utilized in Youth Entrepreneurship programs, Corporate Intrapreneurship training programs and SMME development programs. We want to influence the trajectory of society's biggest challenges: Youth unemployment, Economic growth (through influencing bankers skills as the funding engine of the economy and SMME development), Personal financial wellness and Municipal stability. We have developed 3 games: A restaurant game utilized for youth entrepreneurial skills and Corporate intrapreneurial skill development, An airline game utilized for SMME development and a banking game utilized for banker skills development.You compete against your colleagues, your industry and an All time scoreboard. These games are outsourced to various other training companies to be utilized in their training programs.
