2002-2007 Engineering Planning Manager - Started at E6 doing Engineering planning and finite scheduling. Part of project team to move over to JD Edwards.2007 - 2011 Engineering Manager - Planning, organizing, directing and controlling of a multi disciplined department. Ensuring that capital projects are completed on time within budget. Responsible for setting annual departmental budgets, aims and comprised of the following:* General Engineering - Producing metal components of various metal grades on both conventional and CNC lathes, mills, verticals, horizontal boring mills, surface grinders and OD grinders. *Drawn Cups - Deep drawing of cups from various speciality materials including Titanium using both automated and fly presses.*Punching - Punching of discs and wraps from various speciality materials including tungsten carbide using eccentric presses .*Diamond Wheels - Manufacturing of resin bonded diamond grinding wheels in diameters ranging from 30mm to 580mm. Diamond matrix layers from 3mm to 20mm.*Carbide Grinding - Grinding of various carbide components. Sizes ranging from 100gr up to 600kg per work piece. *Fabrication - Fabrication ranged from general fabrication to the fabrication of Shearer and continuous mining drums 2011 - 2019 Production Manager Ceramics - Similar role as previous position. Moved from metal to non-metal components. Responsible for the manufacturing of ceramic components including, calcining, spray drying, wet and dry bag isostatic pressing as well as batch and continuous furnacing. Uniaxial pressing of ceramic items to final size as well as CNC machining of ceramic components. Materials include Magnesites, Porypholite, Talc, Sodium Chloride etc.2019 - Current Operations Manager -

1994 - 1999 Managing the planning process, that included MRP, MPS and CP across three sites (Umgeni, Bellville & Springs). This included 6 board machines that specialised in automotive, industrial and packaging boards ranging from 250gsm - 550gsm. Value added processes included cutting, laminating, slitting and embossing. During it's peak the business produced 600 tons of board per day.1999 - 2002 In this role, the are of responsibility included production planning, internal sales, export sales, outbound logistics and customer relations
