responsible for: Setting up SPORT Social MarketPlaces Holding Ltd Group of technologies companies as Founding partner, managing the entire operations, funding the company and organizing funding with 4 angel investors, partnering (as co-founders) with Gica POPESCU and Gica HAGI, investing and managing 10 million EUR so far (pre-seed, seed, start-up, pre-revenue, MVP and POC1) and preparing the Series A next round of financing of 10 mil EUR;  SPORT Holding is a group of companies specialized in creating and developing technologies and new business models for the sport industry on a global scale. As a general concept, SPORT SMP developed a very complex online environment where the business model starts from the motivation of buyers in the online space. There are just two motivations: one is NEED and the other one is PASSION. SPORT Holding use advanced proprietary software technologies to convert the passion of buyers for something (object, being, hobby) into e-Commerce transactions using their willingness to socialize on their passion (people cannot socialize on a specific need, they just communicate, eventually) and we focused on PASSION IN SPORTS (football, tennis and motorsports); The Social MarketPlace technology concept is an online Platform combining two features: (i) a Social Network and (ii) a MarketPlace. The social network looks like the generalist SM networks (such as Facebook) having most of the facilities such as: user profile, timeline, content (text, picture, video upload), like, share, message, groups and so on. The business proposal to the international football clubs is to have a commercial agreement on 15 years to provide the club with a dedicated platform with zero investment (all the investment is ours, the clubs provides just marketing support and endorsement) and get the benefit of a dedicated, passionate, impulse-driven buyers – the football fans who will buy emotionally-motivated from the app / Social MarketPlace to support the team.

 Setting on the company OXYGEN Finance, coordinating and managing the business generation on all business lines, (i) M&A, (ii) Private Equity and (iii) Structured Finance;  Major activity is to source transactions and define deal structure through to closing; On the sell side mandates OXYGEN Finance is preparing private companies for accessing PE&VC capital by advising on operations such as: (i) Origination and valuation , (ii) Deal structuring and strategic advisory, (iii) Advising on the most appropriate capital structure (equity, mezzanine and debt), (iv) Documentation (Valuation, Investment Memorandums, Business Planning), (v) Introductions to appropriate sources of private equity with investment criteria matching, (vi) investment proposition, (vii) Assistance in negotiating the terms of the deal, (viii) Exit planning  Working on the buy side, OXYGEN Finance is assisting private equity funds as adviser in connection with sourcing and executing private equity transactions, as follows: (i) identification of investment opportunities, (ii) support of the preparation of the Investment Summary / profile, (iii) assistance with negotiating the Term Sheet and preparation of Investment Memorandum, (iv) assistance with due diligence content and schedule, (v) advise on financial structuring, (vi) preliminary advise on legal structuring of the transaction, (vii) advice on investment and /or loan agreements;  Coordinating the fixed income transactions and other alternative financing structures, where OXYGEN Finance is regularly acting as a dealer by structuring transactions, investing (mainly on the primary market), and then reselling on the secondary market to a wide network of investors such as commercial banks, open-ended and closed mutual funds, pension funds, monetary funds, and private investors.

responsible for: covering the bank’s relationships with the institutions of the financial market including investment funds, venture capital funds, private equity funds, real estate, insurance companies, and securities companies; credit analysis for leveraged financing that required shares valuation for acceptance as security; developing and implementing restructuring and turnaround strategies for corporations where BANCOREX has classified loans outstanding; development of a computerised credit analysis model to evaluate businesses, projects and credit applications; teaming up with the World Bank’s consultants, Clifford Chance attorneys, and NM Rothschild’s advisors for developing the bank restructuring program (finally resulted in the allocation of the non-performing credits to an assets resolution agency, with the rest of the bank to merge with the leading Romania bank - Commercial Bank of Romania)

responsible for: financial advisory for Romanian corporate customers consisting on raising funds, restructuring, and development projects (mainly in the green field and start up area), financial analyses, capital budgeting, and business plan completion; investment projects promotion towards investment funds, banks, venture capital funds, loan arrangers; setting up and organising the equity research department; creating financial analysis models, valuation models, portfolio selection and management; creating a data base with the full financial statements for 9000 private and public Romanian corporations; recruiting, training financial analysts, controlling and supervising the research department; preparing equity research analyses required by the trading department and by portfolio investors; portfolio management for an equity investment club.
