My aim in life is to find new ways to continuously improve myself on a professional and personal level. I am a firm believer that in every problem there is an opportunity. I enjoy challenges and believe that stagnation is the greatest enemy man can face. I am a devoted person who knows when to lead and when to follow, when to speak and when to listen, when to push forward and when to change direction.I hold a BSc Actuarial Science degree, Honors degree in Quantitative Risk Management and Master’s degree in Business Mathematics and Informatics, specialising in risk management, predictive modelling and banking using mathematical and statistical techniques. As part of my Master's degree I completed a six-month industry directed research project with Monocle Solutions, graduating at the top of my class and receiving awards for the best industry directed research project and top achiever of the 2021 Master's class. Following this I joined Monocle permanently at the start of 2022 where I have been involved in various projects across the banking and insurance space.I am equipped with a range of technical skills and knowledge in key subject areas within the banking, risk management, data science and the regulatory space. To me there is nothing more satisfying than finding creative, lasting and practical solutions to problems by thinking critically and liaising with stakeholders.
