Marius Venter is a Candidate Attorney at Norton Rose Fulbright, based in Durban, South Africa. Marius works in the environmental department and have four and a half years' experience as Environmental Consultant. Marius gained experience in environmental impact assessments, legal registers, environmental audits, legal audits, environmental due diligence, ESG, mergers and acquisitions, phase I environmental assessments, product stewardship and corporate sustainability related projects.Marius has worked with a variety of clients within key industry sectors (at corporate, business unit and operational levels), both national and international, which includes: Amazon, Facebook, Rio Tinto, Grupo Bimbo, Sephaku, Bytedance, DPMT, Decon7, PepsiCo, Suez, MTN, Afrox, Barrick Gold, Aveng, Dow, Anglo American and Goldfields.Marius holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Conservation Ecology, a Master’s Degree in Environmental Management and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree. He also joined as a member of the Golden key International Honour Society.Marius is a goal-orientated person who loves taking on various roles and love new experiences.
