Dr. Marius Andrei Avram is a full time Senior Researcher at the National Institute for R&D in Microtechnologies – IMT Bucharest, and is the head of the Laboratory for Carbon Based Nanotechnologies and Nanostructures. Dr. Avram holds a BSc in Physics (2009) and a MSc in Plasma Physics (2010) from University of Bucharest, and a PhD in Electrical Engineering (2014) from “Politehnica” University Bucharest.He has an experience of over 10 years in developing and implementing plasma assisted process for etching and deposition of materials and process integration for the fabrication of micro- and nano- electronic devices and MEMS. https://scholar.google.ro/citations?user=blwyFoIAAAAJ&hl=en.
