Key achievements:- The Cash Flow project – by implementing this process we eliminated manual bottlenecks and errors, establishing a smooth flow from sales quote to approved order, successful order to fulfillment, and timely invoicing to payment. By eliminating billing errors and strengthening the overall revenue recognition process we have increased the efficiency of the Order Management operational capacity by 15%. - Account complexity project – Evaluating each individual account through a defined set of parameters and Lean-Six-Sigma Methodology, I obtained a complexity coefficient for each account which allowed a much better allocation of the accounts throughout the team, generating 2 headcount improvement.

Key achievements:- Implementation of a more efficient billing model that helped the operational team reduce the invoicing lifecycle, generating 10 headcount improvement and a 40% increase in order accuracy. - Created a personalized overview for each client in which every Resource Unit gathered all their data, decreasing the execution time of the invoices by 5%.
