As a project manager in Cicor I am the customer's representative within our company.The main role of this position is to provide an interface between our organization and our customers.Some of my tasks:- I represent the customer's interests in our organization and our company's interests in front of the customer.- I am responsible for the bidding/quotation process which means coordinating all the people involved in the process, following the progress, calculating the final… Show more As a project manager in Cicor I am the customer's representative within our company.The main role of this position is to provide an interface between our organization and our customers.Some of my tasks:- I represent the customer's interests in our organization and our company's interests in front of the customer.- I am responsible for the bidding/quotation process which means coordinating all the people involved in the process, following the progress, calculating the final sales prices and pursuing to win the offer/contract in the best possible conditions for my company.- I am responsible for the implementation of new products according to the offers we made. - I follow the progress of the projects and contracts for the customers that I am responsible of.- I manage the orders received from the customer and insert them in our ERP system (SAP).- I determine a sales forecast based on the orders and forecast received from the customers.- I follow and track the status of the materials required for my projects (on time delivery).- I work closely together with the purchasing department in order to meet the material cost and availability objectives (price, MOQ, excess, obsolete).- I release into production the products required in order to meet the customer's demand.- I am responsible for providing a delivery date to the customer for the products ordered. - I clarify with the customer any details and problems that may come up during the lifetime of the project (technical, quality, testing, prices, delivery).- I receive and manage the implementation of any change requests from the customers.- I prepare monthly reports based on the KPIs we have (OTD, DOS, NWC, stocks, sales volumes, delays).- I coordinate the product return and repair process (RTV).- I coordinate the production scheduling and determine the required production finish date.- I coordinate the delivery of the products to the customer.
