*Overall order management & Order fulfillment*Process and system innovations*SAP & Process Training*Risk Mitigation & Issue resolution*Process orders in SAP *Monitor and follow up on the complete Order to Deliver process for the Europe as per the committed internal/external agreements and KPI’s towards the customers,*Provide customers pro-actively with the information on new products, phased out products, availability issues, problems with shipments,*Follow-up on backorders and product allocations and pro-actively suggest alternative products or services to meet customer needs,*Maintenance of return acceptance criteria in cooperation with supply chain and communicate this proactively towards our customers,*Handle service complaints from internal and external customers within the allowed time frames and follow-up on operational issues

Conducting Lost Parcel investigations with carriers. Providing support to advisors. Implementing changes to current procedures according to Client's request. Reporting issues to Client and working on solutions.
